We recently had Martino HVAC install a Daikin Heat Pump and Furnace in our home. Martino HVAC installed a Daikin Heat Pump in our 3 season cottage a number of years ago. The installation was very smooth and we have greatly extended the comfort of early spring and late fall seasons as well as air conditioning for those hot summer nights. The Daikin product has lived up to all expectations. This year we again chose Martino HVAC and Daikin for our home because of the confidence we have in the Martino team, the proven Daikin technology, the 12 year parts and labour warranty, the very quiet fan motor, Daikin energy efficiencies and the easy to use smart thermostat. The biggest differences for us are that a much more constant temperature is maintained throughout our home and we never notice the furnace coming on and off - amazingly quiet. The Martino team answered our questions, helped us to understand the nuances of the many different options and allowed us to make the decision based on our situation. The installation team were timely, professional and clean. We were given an informative tour of the installed product and they set up the thermostat and showed us how to use it. We would highly recommend Martino HVAC and the Daikin line of products.

Had our 1st annual furnace maintenance since the install last year. Absolutely fantastic service provided by Peter. He is a great ambassador for your company. He went above and beyond by tweaking a few things he observed from the install that could be better. . He went through all the details of what he did at the end before payment. He made recommendations for the ideal filters for best efficiency as well as how to maximize our humidifier for winter months. Will definitely be requesting Peter again for his kindness and professionalism.

Tod and Gary came by to complete an AC installation and these guys were amazing. They were very clean, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions. They made sure to keep me informed of the situation at hand and made sure everything was up and running properly before heading out.10/10 I recommend this company and these Techs any day!

**Update: Today, I got a call from this company, and just like other homeowners have mentioned, they said they don’t have me in their files and insisted I pay $175 for a diagnostic service. Last year, my A/C stopped working, and after investigating, we found out that they had installed a lower AMP breaker.I don’t trust that this company employs licensed technicians, and their products are clearly subpar.My house and its furnace, both about 4 years old, came from this company. About 8 months ago, the furnace stopped working but inexplicably started again the next morning before I could call a technician. It failed again around 10 pm tonight. With the heat outside, having a non-functioning furnace is unbearable. I called the emergency line, and the operator demanded $225 plus a diagnostic fee.I am extremely disappointed that Countrywide associates themselves with such a subpar company. Their product didn’t even last 4 years, let alone the standard 15 years. If you’re considering buying a furnace from this company, think again. For the same or a lower price, you can get a Carrier or Lennox furnace, which are much more reliable and will definitely last more than 4 years. Save yourself the hassle and money by avoiding this company altogether. The operator was so ashamed that she only disclosed her ID number 424, not her name.I wonder how they got 4.8 google review with such an unreliable product.

We found a water leak and turned off the AC right away. I called the office in the morning, and a technician came the next day for regular yearly maintenance (for a fee) and an AC tune-up. He said everything was okay. However, at night, we discovered the water leak again and had to turn off the AC again, despite the heat as we wanted to avoid causing any further damage.Another technician arrived and found that the drip pan was rusted and leaking. We then had to wait almost a week for the third technician to come and replace the drip pan. Although the job was finally completed, the quality of the work was poor. We had to add tape all around and straighten the cover ourselves, which we only noticed after the technician had left.We were satisfied with this company in the past, and we hope this is just a single incident.

I recently had my A/C unit replaced and I wanted to thank the entire staff and team at Martino HVAC for an amazing experience from start to finish.The office team were very informative, professional and on time.The technical team was timely, polite, clean and effective.It was a complete pleasure.Keep up the excellent service and efforts.I would certainly recommend you to friends and family.

It has been truly a pleasure being a customer of Martino. I am very happy with the service I’ve received and I am particularly impressed with the knowledge of Yezdi. He is very experienced, takes the time to explain everything in great detail and shares helpful tips during the service. I always look forward to having him service my HVAC equipment.I also appreciate the pricing of the service plans.
