During a power outage that ultimately lasted 4 days I hooked a generator into the circuit for the furnace and it failed to run. When called the Martino service tech on the Sunday he agreed to come early Monday and as promised he arrived the next morning, to discover the furnace had corroded through in the heat chamber and needed to be replaced. Initially advised it could be a week or more I asked the manager to see if that could be improved, as a period of -20 weather was forecast for the weekend and my limited single space heater could not prevent serious damage. Wednesday they advised me the furnace would be there Thursday assuming we would be ready. Wednesday afternoon the power came on and Thursday the furnace was replaced at no cost within a couple of hours. When they left all was neat, tidy and warm. Great service in a crisis event, thank you. We clearly made the right choice in our heating and air conditioning supplier
