We scheduled a service visit to address poor airflow and an unusual rattle coming from the furnace in our new house. The technician (Yezdi) quickly discovered and corrected the root cause, and took the time to provide additional tips on improving the air flow. He also performed maintenance services, and we’ve noticed considerable improvement in air flow and air temperature. Would definitely call them again if the need arises!
