I had a problem with the air conditioning. There was a bad annoying grinding noise so I called the builder Brookfeild and you sent a technician that he noticed the noise which he did some adjustments but the noise still was there he put a piece of metal under the unit and the noise was a little better but the unit was on only for few minutes then he left and the unit was turned off because the weather wasn’t warm enough. But since yesterday that we turned the unit on because it worked longer the noise started and it’s making a lot of grinding noise. I asked and checked my neighbors units theirs are OK and smooth. My unit has to be fixed or changed and it is brand new and has been used only for past few days. I am not responsible for any more damages for this unit at Please take care of this issue You can call me at Nabi
