New Home Build Process

We spend time at each new home build—measuring and sizing the ductwork required—and then manufacture everything in-house using our sheet metal mechanics. This helps ensure the HVAC system is tailored to meet each home’s specific needs.

Once everything is manufactured, our expert team carefully installs the ductwork, furnace, air exchanger and exclusive Martino Airguard filter box to the design specifications. We can also customize the installation by including a humidifier and/or air conditioner to meet client’s needs.

Complimentary Home Visit

Our job doesn’t end with a successful installation. We also want to ensure that the new homeowners are comfortable with their home comfort system and offer a complimentary home visit. During the free HVAC information session, a Martino technician will walk through the proper operation of all the installed systems and explain maintenance requirements.

We also help homeowners register their furnace warranty, helping to ensure that any covered parts aren’t paid out-of-pocket. The home visit is also the best opportunity for homeowners to ask any questions about their heating, cooling or indoor air quality systems.

Before leaving, a Martino HVAC technician will complete a furnace efficiency and performance check and perform an air balancing to ensure everything is operating properly. Our goal is to ensure that the homeowner is comfortable using the installed equipment and comfortable inside the home!
