I have used Martino since 2011 with no issues – professional service and I have always had a great technician.
In February 2026 C, a Martino employee, contacted me to book my annual furnace cleaning and we booked for February 26. Nobody showed up, no phone call, nothing. When I was able to get hold of C he told me that I was suddenly no longer in Martino’s service area. I was shocked that there was no communication and that they would just drop me with no warning.
Last week I was contacted by J, a Martino employee, to once again book my annual furnace cleaning. I explained what happened last time when C contacted me. J checked and confirmed that I am off their client list – no warning, no recommendations for a new company to service my heating and cooling equipment, nothing.
If you are a loyal customer, be aware that this could potentially happen to you. I really thought I was set for life with a great company. I am beyond disappointed at being so unprofessionally kicked to the curb like this, do better Martino.

My furnace died. Outside temperature was freezing. My house dropped to 16°C. I have two kids under 15. We slept under three blankets waiting for a callback that never came.

They assured me someone would call back to schedule emergency service.
That was the last I ever heard from them. It has been over five days. No callback. No service. No explanation.

It is really frustrating to new furnace stops every within weeks, and have to place a service call every 3-4 weeks.
Only response i receive is will pass your message to technician . If you ask when they can come or call , response – “we don’t know” 2 times we had to stay without heat at home because “technician didn’t call” “no technician available “. Again called and asked same response we dont know when they call or come we passed your message.
I requested and called during office hours as well and asked to contact manager or any senior representative . Response- we will pass your message manager will call you its days now after the call as well and no callback from manager or any follow ups and the furnace stopped again.
Response to below reply- phone you already have as well the address . Calls were scheduled already, the technicians texted and said they cannot make it and will call tomorrow. In morning they say if still needed them have to book call again by call same number !!

I called Martino after I had another company come out and tell me my boiler was dead and quote me what I know was well over market rate for a new one. Martino sent Peter, who arrived on time, gave great communication and went above and beyond to see if he could bring the old boiler back to life and he was able to repair it! After the service, he researched and found where I can purchase parts in the future and followed up with me to help make a plan going forward for my boiler. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!

I called Martino’s first thing ion the holiday morning was greeted with a friendly lady she took my information and said someone would call me. A short while later I was contacted and told he would be out between 10 or 11 am. He arrived 20 minutes early and after a short while we heard the furnace start up. He then proceeded to check other things just to make sure everything else was fine. It was sure nice to have heat again.

I had a meeting with Martino’s HVAC this morning to understand the functionality of the heating system installed at my newly built house. Thanks to Aryan, who answered all my questions in detail. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the entire system and explained how it works. I was not happy with the low furnace air flow coming through the vents. **Update: Today, I got a call from this company, and just like other homeowners have mentioned, they said they don’t have me in their files and insisted I pay $175 for a diagnostic service. Last year, my A/C stopped working, and after investigating, we found out that they had installed a lower AMP breaker.
I don’t trust that this company employs licensed technicians, and their products are clearly subpar.
My house and its furnace, both about 4 years old, came from this company. About 8 months ago, the furnace stopped working but inexplicably started again the next morning before I could call a technician. It failed again around 10 pm tonight. With the heat outside, having a non-functioning furnace is unbearable. I called the emergency line, and the operator demanded $225 plus a diagnostic fee.
I am extremely disappointed that Countrywide associates themselves with such a subpar company. Their product didn’t even last 4 years, let alone the standard 15 years. If you’re considering buying a furnace from this company, think again. For the same or a lower price, you can get a Carrier or Lennox furnace, which are much more reliable and will definitely last more than 4 years. Save yourself the hassle and money by avoiding this company altogether. The operator was so ashamed that she only disclosed her ID number 424, not her name.

We found a water leak and turned off the AC right away. I called the office in the morning, and a technician came the next day for regular yearly maintenance (for a fee) and an AC tune-up. He said everything was okay. However, at night, we discovered the water leak again and had to turn off the AC again, despite the heat as we wanted to avoid causing any further damage.
Another technician arrived and found that the drip pan was rusted and leaking. We then had to wait almost a week for the third technician to come and replace the drip pan. Although the job was finally completed, the quality of the work was poor. We had to add tape all around and straighten the cover ourselves, which we only noticed after the technician had left.
We were satisfied with this company in the past, and we hope this is just a single incident.
